1. Delivery of Loan Documents and Agreements
Once your loan application has been approved, we will send the necessary documents, agreements, and any related paperwork to the address provided during the application process.
All documents will be delivered via reliable courier services or through email (in digital format), depending on your preference and the loan type.
You will receive a tracking number for any physical deliveries so you can monitor the status of your documents in transit.
2. Digital Delivery (E-documents)
For convenience, we offer digital delivery of documents in PDF format to the email address provided. E-documents can be downloaded, printed, and signed electronically.
You can expect to receive all necessary loan documents within 1-2 business days after approval.
Please ensure that your email inbox can receive large attachments to avoid delays.
3. Physical Delivery
For physical document delivery, we strive to process and ship your documents within 3-5 business days of loan approval.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service used. In general, delivery will take between 5 to 7 business days.
If there are any delays beyond the expected delivery timeframe, you will be notified promptly via email or phone.
4. Shipping Fees
We offer free delivery of all loan documents within local areas. For international shipping or areas outside the standard delivery zones, additional shipping fees may apply. These charges will be communicated to you during the loan approval process.
Digital document delivery is always free of charge.
5. Address Verification
To ensure timely delivery, please double-check that the delivery address you provide is accurate and complete. Any incorrect address may result in delays or non-delivery.
We may require additional verification if we detect discrepancies in the address or other important details during the application process.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, Taps Fintech can only provide document delivery to residential and business addresses within the geographical areas served by our courier partners.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or restricted locations.
7. Non-Delivery or Lost Documents
In the rare event that your documents are not delivered or are lost in transit, please notify us immediately. We will take all necessary steps to resolve the issue, which may include resending your documents via an expedited courier service at no additional cost.
If you suspect that documents were lost or misplaced, please contact our support team within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
8. Return and Cancellation of Documents
If for any reason you decide to cancel your loan or need to return the documents, please contact our customer service department immediately.
If documents have been physically shipped to you, we may arrange for a return, depending on the specific circumstances and applicable terms.
